To the extent that I have paid attention, I have always rejected populism and populists for they always feel like manipulators, and I prefer to make choices based on ideas not emotions.  Now I understand, a bit better, where that reaction comes from.  Thanks.

I didn&#039;t trust Huckabee either, though I couldn&#039;t have easily said why.  I resent the divide and conquer mentality of so many in politics, and it&#039;s even worse to see among Christians.  We can no longer afford to be divided by anything but the most basic doctrinal matters, the things that define believer versus unbeliever.

You know something is amiss when people put labels on others.  The next step is to reject that label and accept our better label.  However, a label doesn&#039;t define a person; the heart and mind define the person, even if they are somewhat harder to read.]]></description>
